2. What A Praça is
A Praça is a platform for recording, circulating and presenting property opportunities, used by licensed estate agencies.
A Praça does not carry on estate agency activity, does not take part in negotiations and is not a party to the transactions concluded through the agencies that use it. The property information presented through the platform is the responsibility of the agency that makes it available.
3. Ownership
The platform, its code, design and distinctive elements belong to the entity identified in clause 1. The information deposited by the agencies belongs to them, under the applicable contractual documents.
4. Dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, you may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body.
